Christopher James Pickett is a Pacific Northwest-born singer-songwriter whose music blends country grit, rock energy, and the heartfelt storytelling of Americana. With over 20 years as a session player and touring musician, he’s shared stages and studios with national acts across Country, Rock, and CCM. As one half of the seasoned duo Willow Grove and the current bassist for Dakota Robins, Pickett’s journey has taken him from small-town roots to recording in the legendary studios of Nashville and Muscle Shoals, using the same gear and working alongside the same session greats who shaped the sound of icons like Jason Isbell and Kacey Musgraves.
